Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Sans Souci in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (434 people or 12.2%)
  • Construction (386 people or 10.8%)
  • Retail Trade (336 people or 9.4%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,156 people in total or 32.5% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Bayside Council area employed 12.2% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 8.4% in Construction; and 9.4% in Retail Trade.
