Dominant groups

Overall, 3.7% of the female population reported needing assistance with core activities, compared with 6.3% for WSROC Region.

The major differences in the female age groups reporting a need for assistance in Riverstone Precinct and WSROC Region were:

  • A larger percentage of females aged 85 and over (70.0% compared to 58.1%)
  • A larger percentage of females aged 80 to 84 (45.7% compared to 40.6%)
