Dominant groups
Analysis of the female five year age groups of Ward 2 in 2021 compared to Kellyville Ridge shows that there was a lower proportion of females in the younger age groups (under 15) and a higher proportion of females in the older age groups (65+).
Overall, 19.6% of the female population was aged between 0 and 15, and 14.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 25.3% and 6.7% respectively for Kellyville Ridge.
The major differences between the female age structure of Ward 2 and Kellyville Ridge were:
