Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Woodcroft in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (221 males or 12.8%)
  • Manufacturing (180 males or 10.4%)
  • Retail Trade (149 males or 8.6%)

In combination, these three industries employed 550 males in total or 31.7% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, WSROC Region employed 9.9% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing; 9.4% in Manufacturing; and 8.7% in Retail Trade.
