Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Doonside in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Professionals (515 females or 21.0%)
  • Clerical and Administrative Workers (515 females or 21.0%)
  • Community and Personal Service Workers (475 females or 19.4%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 1,505 females in total or 61.3% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, WSROC Region employed 27.1% in Professionals; 22.6% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 15.2% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
