Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Blacktown in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (2,257 females or 22.9%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (2,064 females or 21.0%)
- Community and Personal Service Workers (1,662 females or 16.9%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 5,983 females in total or 60.8% of the employed female resident population.
In comparison, Plumpton employed 21.4% in Professionals; 23.3% in Clerical and Administrative Workers; and 16.4% in Community and Personal Service Workers.
