An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Minto in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Professionals (973 people or 18.0%)
- Community and Personal Service Workers (738 people or 13.6%)
- Clerical and Administrative Workers (737 people or 13.6%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 2,448 people in total or 45.2% of the employed resident population.
In comparison, New South Wales employed 25.8% in Professionals; 10.6% in Community and Personal Service Workers; and 13.0% in Clerical and Administrative Workers.
