Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Claymore in 2021 shows the three most popular occupations were:

  • Community and Personal Service Workers (68 females or 21.6%)
  • Sales Workers (54 females or 17.1%)
  • Professionals (47 females or 14.9%)

In combination these three occupations accounted for 169 females in total or 53.7% of the employed female resident population.

In comparison, Campbelltown City employed 18.2% in Community and Personal Service Workers; 11.2% in Sales Workers; and 22.5% in Professionals.

The major differences between the jobs held by the female population of Claymore and Campbelltown City were:

  • A larger percentage of females employed as Machinery Operators And Drivers (9.8% compared to 3.7%)
