Dominant groups

Analysis of the qualifications of the female population in Ruse in 2016 compared to Rural Residential shows that there was a higher proportion of females holding formal qualifications (Bachelor or higher degree; Advanced Diploma or Diploma; or Vocational qualifications), as well as a higher proportion of females with no formal qualifications.

Overall, 42.5% of the female population aged 15 and over held educational qualifications, and 51.2% had no qualifications, compared with 36.9% and 38.8% respectively for Rural Residential.

The major differences between qualifications held by the female population of Ruse and Rural Residential were:
