Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Prairiewood in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (75 males or 12.9%)
  • Manufacturing (73 males or 12.6%)
  • Retail Trade (69 males or 11.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 217 males in total or 37.3% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Fairfield City employed 13.3% in Construction; 14.0% in Manufacturing; and 9.9% in Retail Trade.
