Dominant groups

Analysis of the household/family types in Raceview in 2021 compared to Division 03 shows that there was a higher proportion of couple families with child(ren) as well as a lower proportion of one-parent families. Overall, 32.0% of total families were couple families with child(ren), and 13.5% were one-parent families, compared with 24.0% and 17.0% respectively for Division 03.

There were a lower proportion of lone person households and a higher proportion of couples without children. Overall, the proportion of lone person households was 22.8% compared to 26.9% in Division 03 while the proportion of couples without children was 24.7% compared to 20.8% in Division 03.
