Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the female resident population in Pymble in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (531 females or 18.7%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (440 females or 15.5%)
  • Education and Training (395 females or 13.9%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,366 females in total or 48.0% of the total employed female resident population.

In comparison, Ku-ring-gai Council area employed 20.0% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 14.7% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; and 14.5% in Education and Training.
