Dominant groups
Analysis of the types of dwellings for people reporting a need for assistance in the MidCoast Council in 2021 shows that 79.9% of people with a need for assistance were in separate houses; 16.2% were medium density dwellings, and 1.9% were high density dwellings, compared with 82.6%, 14.1%, and 1.7% in the Regional NSW respectively.
