Analysis of the car ownership of the households in Wandong - Heathcote Junction area in 2021 compared to Pyalong - Rural North West shows that 88.3% of the households owned at least one car, while 0.8% did not, compared with 88.9% and 1.4% respectively in Pyalong - Rural North West.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion who owned just one car; a similar proportion who owned two cars; and a smaller proportion who owned three cars or more.
Overall, 15.9% of the households owned one car; 34.2% owned two cars; and 38.3% owned three cars or more, compared with 15.0%; 33.7% and 40.2% respectively for Pyalong - Rural North West.
