Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Beveridge in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (324 people or 14.9%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (287 people or 13.2%)
  • Manufacturing (207 people or 9.5%)

In combination, these three industries employed 818 people in total or 37.6% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Mitchell Shire employed 14.6% in Construction; 11.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 8.6% in Manufacturing.
