Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Frenchs Forest in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (526 males or 14.3%)
  • Construction (499 males or 13.6%)
  • Retail Trade (319 males or 8.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,344 males in total or 36.5% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, Northern Beaches Council area employed 15.2% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services; 15.7% in Construction; and 7.7% in Retail Trade.
