Analysis of the car ownership of people born in Portugal in City of Port Phillip in 2021 compared to IMAP area shows that 91.7% of people born in Portugal were in households that owned at least one car, while 8.3% did not, compared with 84.4% and 15.6% respectively in IMAP area.
Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion that owned just one car; a smaller proportion owned two cars; and a larger proportion that owned three cars or more.
