Analysis of the share of the female population attending educational institutions in NSROC Region in 2021 compared to the City of Ryde shows that there was a higher proportion attending primary school, a higher proportion attending secondary school, and a lower proportion engaged in tertiary level education.
Overall, 7.9% of the female population were attending primary school, 6.6% of the female population were attending secondary institutions, and 9.2% were learning at a tertiary level, compared with 6.9%, 4.9% and 11.0% respectively for the City of Ryde.
The major differences between the share of the female population attending learning institutions in NSROC Region and the City of Ryde were:
