Dominant groups

Analysis of the female five year age groups of Eastwood in 2021 compared to Willoughby City shows that there was a lower proportion of females in the younger age groups (under 15) and a higher proportion of females in the older age groups (65+).

Overall, 14.9% of the female population was aged between 0 and 15, and 19.0% were aged 65 years and over, compared with 17.8% and 17.2% respectively for Willoughby City.

The major differences between the female age structure of Eastwood and Willoughby City were:
