Dominant groups

Analysis of the car ownership of people born in Italy in the City of Ryde in 2021 compared to Greater Sydney shows that 86.9% of people born in Italy were in households that owned at least one car, while 11.6% did not, compared with 86.2% and 12.6% respectively in Greater Sydney.

Of those that owned at least one vehicle, there was a larger proportion that owned just one car; a similar proportion owned two cars; and a smaller proportion that owned three cars or more.
