Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the male resident population in Seven Hills in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Construction (578 males or 12.3%)
  • Transport, Postal and Warehousing (517 males or 11.0%)
  • Manufacturing (455 males or 9.7%)

In combination, these three industries employed 1,550 males in total or 32.9% of the total employed male resident population.

In comparison, WSROC Region employed 13.5% in Construction; 9.9% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing; and 9.4% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the male population of Seven Hills and WSROC Region were:
