Dominant groups
In 2021, there were 447 people who caught public transport to work (train, bus, tram or ferry) in Frenchs Forest PCA, compared with 6,779 who drove in private vehicles (car – as driver, car – as passenger, motorbike, or truck).
Analysis of the method of travel to work of the residents in Frenchs Forest PCA in 2021, compared to Northern Beaches Council area, shows that 2.4% used public transport, while 34.7% used a private vehicle, compared with 3.4% and 35.1% respectively in Northern Beaches Council area.
The major differences in persons between the method of travel to work of Frenchs Forest PCA and Northern Beaches Council area were:
