Dominant groups

An analysis of the jobs held by the resident population in Corowa Rural Districts in 2021 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (197 people or 52.7%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (33 people or 8.8%)
  • Manufacturing (29 people or 7.8%)

In combination, these three industries employed 259 people in total or 69.3% of the total employed resident population.

In comparison, Federation Council area employed 12.5% in Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing; 12.4% in Health Care and Social Assistance; and 14.5% in Manufacturing.

The major differences between the jobs held by the population of the Corowa Rural Districts and Federation Council area were:
